So the rapper Skillz has created a web show called "Hip-Hop Confessions". In it he gets people to express a confession as it relates to hip hop. iThought it was refreshing to see people confess something they may not agree with, or have known in hip hop.

NCAA Tournament started on Thursday... and out of 32 games, I went 22-10. Respectable (sorta lol). Currently in a pool, (mad at some of these games.. people not beatin these Jr. College ass teams in the 1st round. Only #5 seed to beat a #12 was Purdue (Boiler Up!) wack ass teams (Im lookin @ u Illinois) lol) but here are the standings after the 1st round:

But it'll be okay, as the games go on, they're worth more points, so it's still early.

So, ive been in a nice lil rut for bout a week or 2... no real reason other than its just that time lol. No worries, back to the normal (drinkin, workin out, writing) lol. I've realized that although I've been putting in tons of work and effort in aspects of my life, I could always do more. Thats why I've increased my drive and responsibilities, especially when it comes to my music. Ive started taking a more hands on approach to all aspects of my music, from pictures, photoshop, writing all the time (to the point where ive zoned out in social situations numerous times lol), making music, and networking. This is extremely important because of the fact that no one has to do anything for me. The amount of control and input is very important to me, because I take this very seriously. Music is my life, my love, my dream, and my reality. So if Im going to do it, Im going to do it right, and have input on everything.

Ive put off buying equipment for a while but that changes. I did get a new computer to replace the one that was ruined (RIP Blue). By the end of february, I plan on having everything I need, to complete what I want to accomplish (and I might have a show in Feb. *crosses fingers*). Now is the time to take what I feel I deserve.

This lil week long bout of "depression"(if u wanna call it that, i call it... downtime lol) has helped me see things more ways. Still me, but different things take different approaches. Its helped me with writing songs, making tracks for songs, and carrying out my business. Ive started bout 4 beats in this week, joined this lil Brother 2 Brother group that was coo, and have been refocused. All I can say is... smile, thats what Im doing lol. ...In front of my damn house @ 620 in the morning.

So... I come outside to put my stuff in the car and warm it up so that I can just go and pull the hell off without worry, so as I step out the door and lock it, I cant help but notice that theres a cop car sitting out in front of my neighbor's house (the older couple next door), and 3 more unmarked (but obvious ass) cop cars. One behind the marked car, and the other 2 behind my car (which is parked across the street.)

Now all the cars are runin n i cant see who's inside of what, so I carry on wit my day... toss my bag in, plug up my mp3 player, put on some Fonzworth Bentley, crank the defrost and chill. So after bout 5 mins of me bein nosey to see where they comin from, I notice shadowy ass figures from the side of my neighbor's house (the ones on the other side). Ninja wannabe ass cops. lol. Like 12 of em come slippin out the darkness n shit n start walkin back to the car.. thats when one of em notices me in the car bout to pull off and flashes his light all of a sudden i got bout 10 cops runnin up on the car.

Damn Blackness.

So I roll my shit down n they askin me where i live n shit, and ask for ID, so i reach n give it to em, and they like oh ok, well you have a nice day. Obviously I wasnt who they lookin for... I got ideas tho... smh. Then I was on my way...

I mean damn, after another night of no sleep, Im just tryin to be responsible n shit n go to class, but instead I get run up on by SWAT Teams n shit... too phuckin early for all that. Its been way to damn long since theres been something to watch... ive been buying my time with baseball. While I am a fan (and my team is in 1st place: White Sox! AL Central whats good!) theres nothin like the prospect of a violent game played in snow/rain/ whatever.

But the thing I had been waiting on... Football Season.

Last Year = Maaaaaaaad disappointing for my Chicago Bears. Coming off of a 13-3 season and a Super Bowl appearance, people still expected them to smash thru the NFC, hell the NFC North at least... but shit aint turn out that way... not at all...

After holding my tongue, being the sweet person I was, trying to move on and accept my faults that were being commented on on a weekly basis, I can honestly say that I am the only reason Im where I am now lol. I held it all in for some reason. Now since the sweet person I was had to endure thru the world's bout with dysentery. Pretty much those close to me treated me like Charmin fam! and now im crazy! Holding in all those angry, crazy moments for the sake of avoiding drama, but never truely saying what I wanted or acting how I prolly shouldve in situations began to eat away at me, and instead of saying or doing something about it.. i held it the phuck in... until....

Until all the emotions spilled the phuck over. World, welcome to the fallout!

Not going to allow myself to be manipulated, played, shitted on, guilt tripped, whatever. That filter is pretty much gone now. I give no fuck. Period. Night out (well hr and a half lol) wit my guys makes me Hitler. OK. Going to get a friend in need makes me gay. If u say so. Dont really know what youve got till its gone. Now that its gone, the world must deal with me now, till i let that other guy come back. And theres been alot of shovel work put in so itll be a while. Yep people get back burnered which is why im defending them, rushing to their aid, or speding every waking moment with/talking to them. Maybe im crazy, it just seems that there would be no problems since in nearly 10 months theres only been like 12 days not seeing each other.

Ive been allowing things I said I wouldnt, cause I saw the bigger picture. But now its starting to overshadow all of that. Im in the wrong for that, yet when its reversed and im waiting i held my tongue lol. Goin to see a movie w/ a friend, cool. Hang with your friends, were together all the time, see your people n have fun. Until, That turns into 3 movies n food and a walking trip, yet I dont say shit and thats totally on me. I show up 4 hrs after we agreed on cause spur of the moment events are whats hot in the streets. Having 1 drink with a friend = complete alienation AND NOW I FEEL CRAZY! With each irrationality I just feel angrier and angrier and crazier and crazier, and i cant really see straight rite now... chest hurts, and im bout to Benoit someone in a sec.

Now I get it!

It really is sad that ive made such a drastic change in these past 10 months... especially in this past month and a half. It really has been downhill for me since Mid/Late June. Then this past month didnt help at all, drama, breakups, screaming, more crazy feeling, its just been bad for me. Having been on both sides of those ducktales (Not believing initially & finiding out that unnecessary shit wasnt true) all I can say are people are retarded lol. The Required Dark Knight Post...

No bullshit... I can see why this movie would be rated #1 on IMDB rite now...

But 1st I must tell of the adventure surrounding my Dark Knight experience. Now... the tickets were bought on the 11th... for a movie on the 18th... Now that day I was alerted that they were expecting over 2,000 people... then that they would be extending it from 2 shows to 10...

So Me, GF and her brother leave so that we can get there early and get good seats... We go catch a pizza and meet a couple of other people up there... and wait in the line... once they announce our theater and pull back the tape it was on... and me.. i just casually walked up to the front of the line.. outside of the tape and handed in my ticket and started the footrace.... dont think anyone wouldve said anything...might be the size or something... but yeah. I took off on some olympic shit so we could get good seats... kind of refreshing to have to threaten people away from the seats I was saving.

So everyone gets seated round 10ish... and were just there chillin... between the retarded people who wanted to

A) Dress up as people who werent even in this movie
B) Start a chant every 4 seconds
C) Cheer anytime a new person stepped into the theater
and most hated of ALL
D) Round 11:15/20/25ish i guess they decided to turn on the lil thing b4 the shows that show ad's for places and quotes... well it showed a Julia Roberts quote... and i lost count after the 25th time it played in a row...

I was able to get over some of this anger by shoulder charging assholes in the lobby who decided it would be fine to show up 10 mins b4 showtime to stand in line and try to come in, or to stand in line and get snacks right b4 the show started... u might as well have given that up rite then and there. So 12 comes... and were sitting in a lit ass theater... the trailers start late on some bullshit... Finally 'round 12:10/15ish... they finally start... get about 45 secs into the 1st trailer (Tropic Thunder) and all of a sudden... hearts all around the theater drop...

^FUCK NO!

Yep.. damn film melted on some T-1000 in Terminator 2 shit... surprised it didnt flail about and scream in pain... we all did... and to make matters worse.. they had to throw something on.. and what came back up.... Julia FUCKING Roberts and her quote... which is burned in my brain now... "The world is alot more interesting when youre as tall as someones knees" -Julia Roberts on the life of a child.... HATE! So they send someone in to calm us all down.. and 10is mins later... "We now resume with... Tropic thunder"... somewhere in the middle of it... that one ends... then Bolt comes and goes... Then trailer #3: The Mummy: Tomb of The Dragon Emperor. Starts off fine... gets to the part where the Yeti (Abominable Snowman) tosses someone and guess what.. our old friend Filmy McMeltchester shows back up... hearts drop further and everyone is ready to riot... and this is when they start offering refunds to the people... everyone pretty much stayed put in our theater.. cause fuck we all showed up early to see it (apparantly the people in our theater "17" and in theater 18 were the ones who paid earlier to be assured tickets) So time gooooooes and gooooooes and gooooooes... and i start texting and calling people letting them know whats going on... and the shit was tense... so the movie finally begins somewhere around 1:10 am.... FOR A FUCKING 12AM MOVIE! and everytime something happened I was worried that it would melt and we would have to scrap it out with the other people in the theater.. which i was ready for after 454574574 julia roberts quotes, retarded people cheering/chanting/being the (yep in my) yt's....

But as it began.... bliss....

^ Honestly... I wanted to do this while driving away... just the look of "nut busting" greatness, it was oh so soothing. It is a great shame that Heath wont be around to be showered with gifts from fanboys and fans alike. I'll admit I mos def was not a fan. There was nothing appealing about 10 Things I Hate About You, or The Patriot (oh how Mel has fallen) or Brokeback Mountain (these are the most familiar). When i heard about him being cast as the Joker... I noted how much of a fan I wasnt, but i didnt give any real hate. I trusted that he could do it, cause its a batman movie with good people in it already... (Bale, Freeman, Caine... i think i can trust a lil) Man.. was I wrong as phuck. From the second he stepped on the screen, I began a 2 1/2 hr buffet of my words. I honestly havent seen someone that committed to a role since Bale himself. Bale losing 60+ lbs for The Machinist was the most intense thing ive ever seen in a movie... and Ledger becomming a shut in to prepare really paid off. Between Ledger, Eckhart, Bale, Caine, Freeman, and Gyllenhall... this movie shut the shit down... this definately erased the line between comic book movies, and movies based on comic books... Gyllenhall being more grown set the tone for her character hob-nobbin with the elegant people thru the movie... i cant really say too much.. cause im tired..lol but if u can see this movie.. do so... about 42 times...

But yeah.. im about to ho it up so that i can go see it countless times... slide over to a show and go see it.. but yeah...

im gone like katie (holmes) cruise's chances of being taken seriously.

The Involved: Myself, The GF, and Cousin of GF

The Story:

So the 3 of us decide to go down to the lake and watch the fireworks. Good enough plan rite? We head down there fighting thru traffic and cops for a while. ( Apparently, it looked like someone fell in? who knows?) So after searchin for a place to sit and watch the fireworks at, we decide on a spot and sit.

THIS is what we hoped for^^

THIS is what we got.

See, we were treated to an extravaganza like none other.

See, we were treated to a real fireworks spectacular... problem is it was supplied by the negroes next to us in a "we just strolled to the dollar store 4 mins before we got here" variety, instead of the "the city of Chicago has spent $45,000,000 on a spectacular that could leave you blind, deaf, dumb, crippled or an amputee if you come within 40 yards" variety.

The "people" next to us: ONE man, 3 women (one pregnant, where was her man @?), and about 14 children. So the "kids" begin to light fireworks around the "adults". Several mins later we notice the "kids" have moved over in front of us and are now lighting the "fireworks" in front of us. Now the wind is blowing in off of the lake onto us. They light one, and the smoke blows directly onto us. Now we let it slide, although we are kinda upset about it. Now it happens a second time, and were angry.

So the GF goes over there and tells them that if they would like to light the "fizzy-firework-like-things" that they bought, that they should move them from in front of our faces.

Yeah, they were about to start alright.

So this man..... decides that he should then walk over to me and the following conversation goes a lil something like this:

Random nigga: Is this ya girl? *Points to GF*
Me: Yes.
RN: Ok well she came over and said something about us lighting fireworks, and we tryin to be out here wit the kids, and light "things you light on fire and are supposed to work somehow, not fizz in the sand and die a dishonorable death at the hands of incapable 6 yr olds and their "parents". So we want yall to have compassion for the kids *Clutches the kid he has in his hands a lil harder*
Me: Well we want you all to have compassion for us, with the smoke blowing directly in our faces.
RN: If you all didnt want to see fireworks you all shouldnt have come out here, its the 4th
Me: We came to see the Navy Pier "PROFESSIONAL" fireworks... all were askin is that you move it from in front of our faces. (Thought that it wasnt actually the 4th.. but let it slide)
RN: *Gets Louder* LET ME TALK! If the smoke was blowin in my face, id just move!
Me: Really?
RN: We out here tryin to...
GF: WELL WE DONT WANT SMOKE BLOWIN IN OUR FACES!!! JUST MOVE IT

Then here comes the baby factory attached to that random nigga

BF: WE DONT CONTROL THE WIND!
Me: Yes, but you can control what you put into the wind, you all didnt want it blowing on you and chose to move it in front of us
RN: Yall comin over there talkin to us, actin all bougie
Me: Im bougie cause i dont want smoke in my face? Not wanting cancer is bougie?

Now heres where it gets fun...

The pregnant friend walks over and in the greatest "im about to drop this "creation" and be a responsible "adult" (doubt it) she waddles over (w/o the help of her man to help defend the situation (sadly :'( ) and says:

PF: FUCK THESE NIGGAS THEY AINT SAYIN NOTHIN! FUCK EM THEY AINT GON MAKE US STOP FUCK EM.

Now at this time, I have never, eeeeeeever wanted to kick a pregnant woman so hard.. but she was about to get the Bryan Fury Mach Kick/ Punch combo with the quickness

Yeah.. something like this... he wouldve been proud.

So they walk/ waddle away. Suddenly the baby factory walks back over and well...here we go again

BF: *in the face of GF* idk who you are but i dont even talk to my man like that, and idk why u think that you can. *points finger in face*
GF: I can talk to whoever I want, however I want, and dont touch me
BF: I havent touched you yet

At this point RN walks over and grabs Procreation Inc., and tells me that "I need to get my girl", in which case, seeing as how I agree with her, im not "getting" her.

So as the 3 of us are talking amongst ourselves and theyre talking to themselves, and i get a call from my grandmother, i answer and then hear (from one of the random people over there):

Random retard: Oh hes callin someone now
Me: Its my grandmother...

So we decide to leave, and have a nice laugh about being "bougie" and its still going on till this day:

-That night as we ate Giordano's *good pizza = bougie*
-Knowing random facts/words *reading, knowledge... wtf! super bougie*
-Having Common Sense *off the charts on the boug-ometer*

and everything else that makes Black people "Bougie"

Oh... and to top everything else off for that night... I got a $150 ticket for parking in a "not very well marked" fire zone... then got in an arguement with some Malcom Jamal Warner- ala Malcom and Eddie lookin ass, AJ when he was hostin 106 & Park hittin on Free w/ the dreads lookin ass cop. Screamed on him for a few mins... Yeah still waitin on my shit for that one... but... not sweatin $150 tickets that much...

Ignorance: Well Deserved and Accepted

So after deciding to meet with some friends for some wings and some drinks, I thought the evening would be alright, even though the prospect of a new drinking place (at least to me & my GF) ultimately was something I had a hang up over... ( redneck ass white bar, and 12 negroes walk in congregatin' n' shit!) but for the most part I was not mad at the prospect of 20 cent wings. (such the negro lol)

What my intention was ^ (minus the watermelon)

So we had been warned as to :
a) how expensive the drinks were (-)
b) how good the wings were (+)
c) The owner: "Shes A Bitch" (c) Missy Elliot
d) how good (and cheap) the wings were (+)

so the GF & I decided to tag along for a drunken, chicken filled night w/ the fam (with games being on the screens). Apparently, they've had troubles w/ the owner before (hence the bitch reference). So even with us being in the "colored section" there were problems:

a) Thou fitted shall not be on tilt. ( I noticed a sign as we walked in saying that there was to be no "medallions, durags *or something like that*, or tilted hats)
b) negroes are only allowed to stay the max. 1hr.
c) no "nigga jams"

Thats right, this wonderful establishment wouldnt let us play music.... that was already on the jukebox anyways.

^^This could've gotten you 5 songs... well none thanks to that punta! *spanish inflection* U wont be happy once she waddles away.

So, my wonderful GF decides that she would like to spend her hard earned $ to hear some songs on that wonderful jukebox. She goes and puts her slave owner baseball cards into the machine and chooses her songs. We only heard 2 of them.

The owner decided she wanted to hobble over to the jukebox, breathing down her neck as she was picking songs. Once the GF picks her songs, she waddles over and pays to not hear "our" music.

She PAID to hear the horrible country songs that most of her patrons are more accustomed to than a Sara Bareilles song (actually that, being a white artist was acceptable) it was the Mario- Music For Love that set her off on a 40 song buying rampage (and God forbid they play a Ne-Yo song, tho Allure was a nice touch, playing it in front of her shitty ass songs Stan). Then came the bullshit excuse when she went back to buy more songs (GF went back up to talk to her about paying for music to play over hers) then she says that she wanted to hear the songs because "she wouldnt be there tomorrow, or early" or some racist cover-up ass shit.

*cough* ^^ *cough*

So while this broad was worried bout "the colored section", something else was brewing dead in her face.

So after then many threats from one broad (and her instigatin' ass friend, including the main broad being taken outside and the friend getting into it with the intended woman) they come back inside. And I like how my guy Marcus put it:

"Eventually, the husband got into it with Weebles and the group got up and left...not without saying goodbye to Pink first .Now comes the clencher! After 3-4 failed attempts to start a fight, we thought nothing would happen until the Grey groups was heading out when the shit talking happened again (mind you, an important fact was pointed out to me that these women probably knew each other by calling out each other's names as they cursed each other out). One Grey approached Pink and started again, but she seemed alot more agitated with the liquid courage running through her tiny body. She stomped and was held back by the husband but he couldn't hold her for long. She pulled a guys chair out as he sat in it, before hitting Pink in the face. That's when shit got interesting! The fight we all waited for ensued and it didn't let us down. Another Grey hit Pink they were taken down to the floor. I don't remember how or who the husband got into it but he got fucked up as he was thrown to the floor TWICE...why...because he didn't learn the first time. More shit slinging happened as they were broken up and we, the only black people in that bar, watched and had absolutely nothing to do with it. It was a good feeling. "

It really was. Seeing some guy try and be chivalrous and fightin the other husband for no reason while defending his wrong ass ,fight startin ass, drunk ass wife's "honor" get faceplanted...Twice= Good Feeling. But of course after the fight everyone ( see: niggas) had to leave (while several people stayed at the bar drinking for extended periods of time) and for the next hour or so, we sat in the parking lot and were glad that a set-back ass moment was not done by the black people.
